A rude nurse who probably should've known better. But we can't expect everyone to know about stutter. It's getting better, I suppose, but it's likely one of those things that people won't hear much about at any rate, because it's such a low percentage that's affected by it. Anyway... get used to not being understood. And also, get used to take special notice when someone understands you (and is patient or supportive or the like). :)
