As long as you're able to communicate ideas and tasks to people, without much difficulty, I think it shouldn't be a problem right? Have you told interviewers that? I'd imagine the stutter being a problem as a 911 operator. But over here, it doesn't really feel like there's an urgent need to communicate as swiftly as possible.
