Better fluency comes only when you’ve finally let go of the underlying emotions that make you feel anxiety when you’re speaking or about to speak. Your goal shouldn’t be fluency, it should be becoming accepting of the stutter. Once you’ve reached indifference, better fluency naturally follows. Easier said than done of course. Good luck!
