Thanks for your response. I was asking because I went for one such program at the beginning of this year. Like you guys said, it's a lot of practice. And it worked when I was there. I was almost fluent when I used the techniques they taught me in the program. But the problem is, I had and still have, a hard time using those techniques in real life. When I'm talking to my pathologist and the other members I had in my group, it's easy and kind of natural to talk in my "new" speech pattern but the rest of the time it's a bit hard. I wont think or rather I don't want to think about the program as a failure because now I know I can talk fluently when I use those methods. The problem remains however.. "how can I bring myself to use them all the time"
