I was exactly like you, I had it at 11/12, and my parents was thinking that I was faking it. It's not faking don't worry. After times, they will realize that it's not faking. Sometimes family just don't want to see the reality in the face. Just something : continue to have faith, it can improve. And your stutter will not define you. I stutter since I have 11. My stutter forced me to overcome myself. Now I have plenty of good friends, an engineer degree + an MBA, and a beautiful girlfriend.
