I only stutter in my native language Hey guys, new to the community here. My native language is Spanish, and I stutter a lot, not to the point of me being unable to speak, but when I'm with friends I tend to stutter since I want to say a lot of things and my tongue simply can't keep up. However, I've living in the US since 2015, and I do not stutter at all in english. Like, nothing. My english isn't the best (vocabulary wise) but it's pretty good, and I can communicate fluently with people, being physically, online, over the phone, etc. And I simply do not stutter, nothing. What could be the reason? Since I'm now living here I am happy that I do not have this stutter while speaking, but I do find it strange, and wanted to know if anyone has the same "issue".
