Only thing I can say, is that you so far haven't had any luck getting a job because of your stutter. There's nothing to lose by switching up your strategy. The fear of what people will think. If they will laugh, or think of your differently, will always be there. Regardless of what you do. Put yourself in the position of an employer: You interview a girl who tells you she has tourettes (just as an example). Would you think of her differently? Wouldn't you admire her honesty?
