I would make sure the therapist gives you a regimented program that has homework so you can apply the techniques that you learn in the real world. Don't get nickle-and-dimed into perpetual sessions without an attainable goal, rather it be fluency, quality of life, or both. Make sure you get your money's worth on whatever you pay. We often take things seriously that we invest in.
