Stutter and Theatre

Stutter and Theatre Hey, I'm an Arts student, currently in my third semester. I got nominated to do one of the lead characters and I'm quite anxious about stuttering through the act. The things that kind of increase my anxiety is when I read the script, I stutter. Most of you guys are able to read out words fluently, but I can't do that. So when reading the script out loud, my anxiey peaks and I need to take care of it. If any of you have any relevant experience, can you please tell me how you deal with them.
