I take 1200mg Vitamin B1 Thiamin, 600mg Magnesium Orotate and a B Complex too every day. It lessens my anxiety and relaxes the vocal muscles. It's helped me a lot with work because I attend a lot of meetings via phone / video conference. Recently I had to present a solution to a team of people and I did pretty good. The vitamins helps me a lot. Might be worth trying. Good luck!
