The hard sounds you are blocking on SOMETIMES it’s possible to skip them entirely and say the rest of the word and be fluent. If you are saying things twice (from what I understand from ur post) it may be possible to skip the sound on the first sentence, then get a “running start” on the second time you say it. Also, I purse my lips in those hard sounds, most of the time I can get it out if I pronounce them more softly. Or I skip them entirely. I’m in sales so sometimes in a sales pitch I’m trying to keep a rhythm and I’d rather just skip the sound and get my point across and not break the rhythm.
