Is my “stutter” a stutter?

Is my “stutter” a stutter? So my whole life I’ve had a bad stutter but recently I’ve been questioning if it’s a stutter. Basically I physically can’t say the start of the word or sometimes the whole word. It happens on L and M words the most and I find myself using words like “like” and “um” to fill the gap. So I know quite the few people who stutter and they all repeat their words till they say it, they don’t just not say it. I googled it and I’m getting everything besides stuttering, so could someone please tell me of this is stutter I g or something else. Thank you and any help is much appreciated!
