anyone else connect deeply with animals?

anyone else connect deeply with animals? I have like maybe 1 or 2 people I can actually stand and have conversations with. Even without a stutter I think I’d be an extreme introvert. I however find that I’m super close with animals, I love taking care of and enriching my reptiles and frogs and dogs. I’m a zoology major and I want to work in a veterinary context or in a zoo. I just am so at ease with them— and I usually don’t stutter when I speak to them. It’s odd but I’m happy I’ve found something that works for me.
