Quality sleep and nutrition should be first. Supplement what you are missing (magnesium is common) and then you can try other things (that not gonna work properly anyway if you had bad sleep and missing nutrients). Those "other things" you came here to look for are individual, so you have to try many things and combinations before you find stack that work for you (if you are lucky and effect probably won't be great) and even then I wouldn't use it all the time, because it probably won't be safe long term (so use it sparingly or take a breaks). Also dealing with psychological issues, traumas, etc... which is easier said than done unfortunately, but will help a lot.
