I think I can never get rid of it completely. There just is a physical block in certain words that I can never overcome. I hope it doesn't get worse though. I still think brain tumor is very rarely the cause of a stutter unless you suddenly develop a stutter as an adult. However children tend to get those benign tumors and stuttering could in fact be the only symptom of it but I still think it's very rare. I don't think any doctor would suggest you to have a brain mri scan because of a seemingly 'developmental stutter'.
