Great! Numerous organizations serve the UK. Stamma, the British Stuttering Association, the International Stuttering Association, the International Fluency Association, and the World Stuttering Network come to mind. Stamma is having a free webinar on Monday 9 December about what young people want from research into stammering. They also provide advice about finding a job. I think the World Stuttering Network has free weekly Zoom calls where you can communicate in a supportive environment and people can share what they have found helpful. I started seeking help in a serious way when I was about 21, so I was old enough to drive. I spent about a year driving to in-person support group meetings and waiting outside before I got the nerve to actually walk into the room, for fear that I would have to speak and I would stutter significantly. But with practice and with exposure to these situations, participating became much easier, and I found that most everybody was extremely helpful. Maybe start out by checking the websites of these organizations to see what they do.
