I agree with everything said below. I would just add this, if you do freeze up during the interview would they be opposed to you writing your answers down? If is a job that does not directly involve communication I don't see why writing your answers down would be an issue as long as they don't have a problem with it. Of course, it would be a last resort thing...but still just knowing you could write your answers down in an interview could make you much less nervous. Have you considered freelance writing? Lots of work to be had on textbroker and upwork.com...grant it does not pay that great.....but still you can make better than minimum wage.
