I dont know about yall but my stutter comes with a pretty gnarly face twitch but im still retarded enough to run a podcast and have a sales job. The best thing you can do is not make situation awkward if you start to stutter pretty hard dont go quiet and get nervous. Double down youre no less of person cause of it, but also dont act like it doesnt exist. As goofy as it sounds when i start stuttering hardcore ill just start making obvious random sounds like mimicking the sound of a lawn mower. Most people get a good laugh and the conversation goes on
