My Stutter got way worse after moving abroad for university

My Stutter got way worse after moving abroad for university I was speaking fluently in my hometown, ever since I move to the US to attend university. My stutter got very bad that I couldn’t believe it. I started crying every time I stutter as I was embarrassed and mad at myself. I never thought I would stutter that bad in my entire life. Nowadays, I rarely talk to strangers and I order food/drinks using applications to avoid talking to people. Any advice?
