I feel you, 26 (M) who stutters and works corporate. Its so inconsistent that I cant prepare or know if ima have a good day or bad at work. My advice would be to disclose if you know you will stutter and not be covert. This sets up expectations, but it can also backfire unfortunately in a subconcious way. Once you tell someone you stutter, you are more likely to stutter when you have a conversation with them. But if you don't tell them...they may be even more confused and puzzled if you start blocking. I can only imagine what it looks like from a fluent persons perspective to see someone blocking when you have no clue what stuttering is.
