3-4 years of stuttering… Ok, so first of all… sorry if my english is not that good… english is my second language. Right now I'm 27 and I have been stuttering for almost 3-4 years… before that I did NEVER stutter… It all started because a lot of shit happened in my life in a short time of period…personal problems, family problems, COVID, etc… and all that gave me anxiety, panic attacks, derealization, etc. I have dealt with this for the last 3 years on my own and finally after a lot of research, meditation, thinking, exercise, etc I'm FINALLY ok, anxiety dissapear, panic attacks dissapear and thankfully everything else dissapear. BUT, one thing still remain and that's… stuttering… and I don't why… I'm not anxious anymore, I feel relaxed and comfortable in any situation but now I stuttered even with my own family… and because of that everyday I speak less and less… and I’m tired of that. Now I have “blocks” as you guys called it… it's awful! Any advice?
