Yep. It happens to me a lot of with specific letters. For me E, A, H, C or K (which my name happens to start with a K) S. Im sure there's more but i cant think of right now. Sometimes ill try using a different word to get around it, but that definitely only works sometimes. Im trying to think of one instead of Hello answering the phone bc i always get blocked trying to get past the H sound lol. Best luck to you though. Its awesome you don't let it affect your career choices!! which i feel can def hold us back if we do. I used to be a barista/beer/ wine server and it required a lot of talking as well. Sometimes i would get stuck but the worst was always answering phones lol
