Success Ever since university started in September my speech-confidence has skyrocketed. I am no longer anxious about ordering food, making phone calls or being in larger social gatherings- at least, not unusually anxious. Meeting new people, talking to professors, giving presentations, being interviewed, and managing my own life has expedited the immense improvement of my outlook on speech which correlates with general confidence. Of course, the journey doesn't end here, and I have my fair share of stresses. However, the results are positive. I appreciate the elegance my speech bears and what power my words hold. My focus continues to shift from delivery to overall character. I genuinely believe in my speech through practice and exposure, and being neutral with my stutter makes all the difference.
