I spend a lot of time on the phone with my job (been here 6 months) and it has negatively effected my fluency. I talk those computer voices so I am expected to go from silence to saying words that start with vowels or H or W. Awful. I whisper to myself before I have to speak. Or I draw and doodle while I'm speaking only glancing to my screen when necessary. It sucks though and I'm sorry you're having trouble.
