The last time I told an employer I stutter he said it's in my mind. The thing is I stutter less when I'm comfortable around you. I have also learned how to speak slowly, so at times my stutter is not noticeable but it's still there. I did tell him it's not in my mind though and I've had to go through real struggles. He kinda ignored it. Aside from that, he was a great boss.
