Definitely the way to improve your stutter is accept it and not think about it. Easier said then done but the more i focus on mine the worse it is. But on the flip side. The less I focus on it the better it is and the more confidence and relaxed I feel so I think about it even less and it gets better. It's never fully gone but its not a defining or controlling part of my life any more.
