Anyone else used to be extremely extroverted and talkative with no stutter?

Anyone else used to be extremely extroverted and talkative with no stutter? I remember always talking to a lot people without stuttering and only having a problem till i got to HS but it wasn’t severe till my sophomore year when everything was online and junior and senior year i had no friends and have a severe stutter(blockage). Does anyone have any advice?
