Let slip my stuttering again! Hey everyone, I’m 24 and I stutter. I always try to prep a day ahead for big events like my master's thesis seminar, but I end up scrambling to fix my stuttering the day before, which never really works. After each event, I tell myself I’ll finally tackle my stuttering the next day, but I just can't seem to stick to it. To really beat this, I know I need to be consistent with techniques and exercises. But honestly, I often feel too discouraged to keep at it, and I end up hesitating to talk to people. I depend on others to start conversations and just try to get by in social situations. And then, another big event comes up, and the whole cycle starts over.
