What I’ve found helpful when saying cumbersome words is to take a breath and on then a slight exhale then to say whatever I’m trying to say My initials are B and M and both give me a hard time. The B is a block and the M never comes through “murky”. Plus my first name rhymes with A LOT of words so people are like wait did you say G ——— or P————? So trust me I understand your frustration
