You need to push yourself out of your comfort zone. For me it took me till I got to my mid-20's and the pain of not progressing in life got more unbearable than the pain or fear of stuttering. Honestly, you can do anything. I work in IT and have to speak on the phone all the time. I still stutter, but not nearly as bad as when I used to avoid it all the time. Stuttering is at its heart an avoidance behavior. You need to go on the offense. Push your comfort zone. Just start going on interviews for jobs you want, even if you think you can't do it. The only way to find out you can swim is to dive in. Some people realize this in their teens, some their 20's... some their 50's. Better sooner than later. Good luck.
