I had a bad stutter until around 10-13yrs old to mild until 18 yrs old. In my 20's it was less and now I'm 34yrs old with very little to none. My father had me read everything out loud as a kid and I picked up singing/music which helped my tempo as well as acting/singing in plays/public. I'm trying to figure it out myself, but I think actively doing those things really helped me. I've noticed that I still stutter but that happens in my brain which helps me to process thoughts slower before they vocally come out.
