There's this kids show called Brain Pop where the main character Tim stutters a TINY bit too. It must be done on purpose. But like someone else said, its not real stuttering, its just mild repetition like anyone would do, BUT it does seem significant *for a cartoon character.* Like if it was a mistake they could easily have redone the lines without the stutter, but they didn't. I think it was done on purpose
