Yeah I totally get the extreme pounding heart beats, if I rehearse or not it normally ends up the same embarrassment, I think its worse as well by who's serving you, some people just seem to put you at ease just by their presence while others you just can't get the words out.. It's summat when just going to the shops fills you with dredd ..
