I'll be 21 in a week and a half. I've had the stutter since I was probably 14. No one in my family stutters that I know of so they are very insensitive about it. It makes me feel horrible because I can't communicate the way I should be able to. I had friends that would tell me to slow down or mock me also. I'm glad your mom didn't do that to you.
