My stutter runs in my family also. I stutter and my cousin on dad's side. Also my daughter stutters. My son doesn't. My daughter is 18 and just started college this year, she is a great kid, she is active in clubs and school activities, has much more friends than me. Everything is fine. There are much worst things that kids can inherit from parents. Also as a parent who stutters, you will raise your kids differently with more awareness of the situation. I had two kids and only one stutters.
