I can’t fix your stutter. I want to point out though, positive self talk probably isn’t enough (especially if you don’t believe it). You’ve got to walk the walk. Are you nice to yourself? Forget what you tell yourself, think about your actions. When you stutter badly and a social interaction goes belly up, are you just embarrassed or do you punish yourself? Do you celebrate the good times? Or at least the not terrible times? Don’t feel like you need to answer me, think about it for yourself.
