I work at an eye doctor office and am the primary tech for one of the doctors. So I work up every patient for the day (20 or more). It's a lot of talking but I have most of it down to a routine and I say mostly the same things everytime which helps. I still get stuck on some sentences and have to change them on the fly which is annoying. Sometimes I can ask "Can I see your glasses for a moment?" But other times I can feel the stutter coming on for the 'can' so I have to ask in a roundabout way "did you bring your glasses today? Can I see them?" Some days are better than others and it's a great feeling when I can say what I want to without issue
