Do both together. Exercise and stuttering practice. I recently got into the habit of running everyday and doing stuttering therapy exercises for 30 min everyday. I know there is no cure for stuttering, but I feel like daily practice can kind of tone down the severity of it and make it more manageable. Exercising and working on my speech has been great since I am able to see improvements in both simultaneously and that gives me motivation to keep on keeping on.
