I definitely think I’m inadvertently making it worse by having noticed it. It’s been progressively getting worse over the e last couple of weeks. I’m seeing a therapist so I’m hoping that once I deal with the stress, it’ll stop and they’ll be no permanent speech issues. Honestly I’m wondering if my subconscious is making it up for attention or something like that.
