Thank you for your input. I think she is doing great. I had originally called her into my office for something totally unrelated, and she was the one that requested to see me. Even though she's still engages in things, she said it still affects "how she feels about herself." We have been doing some exercises to build up her self-esteem. I just don't think she realizes how great she is doing.
