I pay $25 per one hour session without insurance. Not sure where they charge $400. I think you should try looking at it from a different perspective. It is common knowledge there is no cure for stuttering, yet you're still expecting the SLP to give you a magic pill. Unfortunately it doesn't work that way. So we, as people who stutter, have 2 options. Either A) be angry and miserable about our situation or b) accept our situation and make the most of it by living a happy and fulfilling life by not letting the stutter bring us down.
