I'd imagine desensitizing yourself to talking to people would help. I remember being like that when younger, my speech therapist made me converse with strangers, I eventually did get good at it. My stutter at time went away, but sadly mines neurological so it came back everytime I got rid of it. Except once I ryrned 16 it became permanent, have had it for past 7 years
