Question Hey everyone, I hope this is the right place for my question. We'll get a new coworker soon who has a stutter and I want them to feel comfortable here, so I wanted to ask what the best way to treat them when they talk is ? I know someone with a different speaking problem and they're fine if I just look at them friendly and patiently wait for them to say what they want to say, and apart from that to just ignore it. Is that the right approach for a stutter too?
