In my experience there's a honeymoon period. You're likely still in that honeymoon period. Odds are the weed will become less and less effective at improving your fluency. Hopefully you don't find greater dysfluency when you're not high. It's funny how our stutters can be adaptive. We see improvement to our fluency for short periods and then whatever was helping ends up aggravating our stutter.
