Look up the science of yawning. I’m pretty sure it’s an almost totally involuntary action in response to a group sensation of needing more air. When I had terrible blocks, I always *felt* air hunger. The best way to address that is to EXHALE first, bc it relaxes your breathing muscles. Basically, the best way to gain fluency is to keep doing the opposite of most of your original impulse.
