He's the problem, not you. You can talk to him or HR all you want but sadly nothing may come of it. Whenever this happened to me, I quit and told HR why on my way out. Only once did I get 2 people fired for what they did to me. And I got a settlement which was enough to put a down payment on my house. Believe me, they will listen to you more on your way out bc they don't want you to sue them.
