Just to add onto what you are saying, idk what a minor or severe stutter is anymore. I thought mine was pretty minor, but I stutter way more than it seems like half of this sub does, but not nearly enough feel like it dominates my life like you. Anyways, only advice I’d give is maybe get out of the corporate world, and find a small business to work for if you can, where the owner/manager gets your problem and is willing to work with you. Stuttering is ADA protected, but not everyone follows ADA and it’s pretty easy to make excuses around
