Started stuttering again This is my first time in the sub, pls tell me if im breaking any rules, I want to ask for advice. Used to stutter as a child, slowly lost the habit by around age 10. I am 19 now and in college. And the stuttering has started again. I think its because i am meeting new people and having to do many presentations and stuff like that. 2 years of lockdown with almost no social interaction did not help. Suddenly i now find myself in this new place, with new people and i cant speak properly. Its not like i am speaking in front of an audience each time. I struggle in one to one conversations too. I have joined some student committees as well, and so im finding it difficult to speak up there as well. When i was a child, i used to stutter in only a couple of languages, I spoke English perfectly. Nowadays i cannot speak in english too. How to overcome this and to gain confidence in myself?Help me please.
