Phonation!!

Phonation!! 100 percent of the time when i block or about to block hard my phonation in my voice box stops dead in its track and 100 percent of the time when i have fluent speech all sudden im always talking all the way through with phonation feeling. I like to compare my phonation and I even call it my " car engine running" cuz like a car when the engine stops it won't drive and when its running its drives smoothly away same with my speech. A little tip for anyone that it can help.
