I’ve had the occasional blow up on people. I’ve also had the shut downs where I just stop talking - this one happens more often than not. More recently, my girlfriend and I were at Cracker Barrel and I couldn’t order a water. I always order water so you’d think I’d have it down by now, but it’s one of the hardest! Anywho - I couldn’t get it out and the waitress (an elderly lady) just looks at me and goes “wa- wa- wa- spit it out already”. I wanted to snap at her, but my brain just stopped. I was in a puddle. My girlfriend called the manager over to talk to him. I applaud you for going off though. Had you just left it alone, she probably would have never thought twice. I never condone super harsh words, and never name calling. But calling someone on their error - that needs to be done.
